Open-Faced Oatmeal Sammich - 4.5 pts

This is a favourite from my childhood, it's super filling, though probably less of a foodie-food than I usually do. Makes for a great way to start the day, though, and only four points altogether.

2 slices WW whole wheat bread
1 pkg maple sugar oatmeal
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

Toast bread, prepare oatmeal. Spray butter on toast, spread oatmeal over toast, gnosh all over that business.

4.5 points per whole sammich: 250 calories, 8g fiber, 2.5g fat
